Hi! I’m Fruzsina. I am a Hungarian-American mother of two, an athlete, artist, and intuitive bodyworker. I created the Amazon Activation movement method 6 years ago out of my own need to connect to myself on a deeper level.
The Amazon Activation was birthed through a process of rigorous personal development work and a lifetime of holistic living practices that formed this specific system of identifying, and moving through energetic blocks in the body. My journey of self exploration through movement led me to understand how our limiting beliefs along with stagnant energies in the body can cause unbalance and the dormant potential that can be activated upon learning to live from a place of deeper alignment. The Amazon Activation is a somatic movement experience where we use the body to build mental and physical resilience. Once we begin moving the body from a place of awareness, we create opportunities for deep transformational experiences that unleash our personal power.

Over the past 2 years the Amazon Activation movement method has morphed into a complex movement based interpersonal healing modality, which uses movement, breath work, visualization techniques, and journaling that lay the foundations for courageous and authentic living. I am deeply committed to uplifting, inspiring, empowering, and leading people back into a life of their highest connection and clarity.
My Story
Divorce, death, and despair which led to the most beautiful and bountiful existence beyond my wildest imagination.
My Amazon Activation story is the story of my homecoming. As I reflect on my process, I see now that when I was pushing my body to a point beyond all of my physical capabilities what I was actually trying to do was prove my power and self worth to myself in a very abstract way.
I had just embarked on a tranformational interpersonal journey which activated my awakening. It was a very deep process and felt extremely lonely. I felt trapped in my body and was feeling suffocated at the same time. I almost felt like I couldn’t breath and
It took another year for me to learn how to take everything I was channeling and feeling and teach it in a way that was understandable to others. All of my posts during this creative time and the pictures that I had taken of myself were all the projected vision of the person I wanted to become. I had created a future version of myself and had begun to slowly become her.
Over time, the more I understood and felt into my potential, the transformation unfolded until I ACTUALLY became the Amazon of my life. It was for the first time that I truly began to see myself as worthy, deserving, and good enough. It is through this process that the formula for my private sessions was created and the concept of energetic restructuring was born.
The more I started to trust and believe in who I had become, the more I had to take responsibility for my authenticity and the manner in which I was showing up in my life. I had to face all of those parts of myself that I had abandoned, rejected, and whose voice I had silenced, the pieces of myself that were always there but that I had not granted permission to exist. In this deep reclaimation process, everything in my life had to fall away that no longer served my authenticity.
I could no longer hold space for anything that didn’t align with my highest self worth, this included all of my old people pleasing, self abandonment, and settling for less than what I deserved habits and all of the relationships that were built upon this energy. I had to liberate myself from myself and as I did, a deep sense of self love and self appreciation grew.
As I witnessed my inner Amazon rising out of the ashes, I brought myself back to life by choosing myself. All of this was happening while I was going through a divorce. My dear grandmother also passed away during this time. We were trying to sell our home during the third wave of Covid and the outbreak of the war in the Ukraine. It was a time of deep despair, devastation, hopelessness, and all possibilities looked grim.
With small daily steps I learned to build trust beyond what the limits of my mind were telling me. I was doing my inner work, surrendering and releasing all control. I have come to understood that my life is reflection of my internal reality. I have unblocked, cleansed, cleared, and now activated my highest timeline. I want to help you do the same but MUCH faster. You don’t need to spend years in suffering and self sabotaging like I did. I have the roadmap, blueprint, and short cut to help you step into your ultimate power. Abundance, ease, joy, grace, and love are ALL of our birthrights!
